Should use Vitamin D3 not D2

Bottom Line: not recommended

I won't buy these any longer after learning about the importance of Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol). Vitamin D3 is the nutrient the body needs to stay healthy, and as we live in the Mid-Atlantic we don't get any Vitamin D from the sun during winter. Studies show that Vitamin D2 actually leeches D3 from the body (same as with milk fortified with D2). If the company changes this, will buy it again. Otherwise a good formula, but D3 is too important to my kids' continued health.

I was told to give my daughter vitamins when she was still too young to chew them, so my only option was the liquid drops. If you've ever read the ingredients on those, you know that there's a lot of questionable ingredients in them. So i just skipped the vitamin and kept searching for something more natural and reasonably priced. I finally found these vitamins and LOVE them (and so does my daughter!) She wakes up each morning and does the sign for "eat" and points to the vitamin container--it's pretty cute! She's 16 months old and chews them up, no problem; however, she pretty much has all her teeth and i'm not sure if that's typical for this age, so they might not work for every 16 month old. Nonetheless, i'm very happy with these vitamins!

My children love these vitamins, they taste great. My 10 yr old takes two and my 2 yr old takes one, even though he always asks for more. Full of vitamins and minerals without the junk!

The first vitamin we tried that my daughter will actually take...well, at least 2/3 of them. She likes the purple and red ones, but won't eat the orange ones. Luckily my wife likes those :)

My 2 year old loves these. I let her pick out which animal and color every day and she thinks it's fun. She also likes the taste and wants more cause she thinks it's candy. I recommend these.

My 7-yr-old never complained about vitamins before these. I was excited to find such a great supplement, with so many nutrients, and such natural ingredients, but she HATED the taste. What a let-down.
