I spoke with a representative and did receive a refund for the bottle I had purchased, but they are unwilling to return to the original formula. Now I am in search of a new brand that equals the former Lubriderm line in quality and effectiveness. Cons Best Uses Comments about Lubriderm Daily Moisture Fragrance Free Lotion, For Normal to Dry Skin, 16 fl oz: I have been using Lubriderm for over 30 years and am extremely disappointed by the New Formula (2009). I have dry skin all year and the old formula (pre-2009) was about the only lotion that was effective. Thanks to the new formula I have been shopping around and have found that the Neutrogena Body Wrap product is very good and comparable to the old formula but slightly more expensive. Lubriderm has lost a customer with me but unfortunately, Neutrogena is a J&J product so I have not been able to leave the "Family".
