I actually take this daily just for energy. I started out using it to lose weight and I effectively took off 15 lbs and continue using to keep it off. I am active but not always a steady exerciser. With exercise this product is very effective, and with no exercise it still helps maintain weight. Will continue to use until they don't make the product any longer.

I take one GNC Burn 60 every day in the morning, and I cerainly get the energy boost that I need for the entire day. Taking 2 pills makes me jittery, but 1 certainly does the trick. It does not curb my appetite, but that's not why I take it. Make sure you drink a lot of water with it; the taste is not that pleasant. Don't take it in the evening. You won't sleep well. I've been taking GNC Burn 60 daily for over 3 years - no side effects. Highly Recommended.

I have been taking Burn 60 as an energy supplement for about 2.5 years. Without it I drag through the day, but with it I have energy all day -- for daily tasks and to work out. It also curbs my appetite and cravings, making it easier to lose weight with diet and exercise. If I take it before noon, it does not affect my sleep. I chose this supplement because the ingredients are natural and have been used for millenia. I started with half a pill because I was not used to caffeine. Now I cycle (1 pill for a couple weeks, 1.5 pills for a couple, 2 for a couple, zero for a week) to maintain effectiveness. I know others who regularly drink pop or coffee for whom Burn 60 did not do as much. But for me it is worth every penny!

I bought this product to get extra energy for my workouts (I exercise 6/week for 45 mn-1hour) so I took 2 pills 30mn before my workouts. I have not noticed any difference with the pills. I did lose inches but I credit this to my exercise/eating programm more than the pills. Save your money...

At 180mg, this product contains a great deal of caffeine. This is as much as a large cup of coffee. As a caffeine sensitive person, I am afraid to even try this.
