It's Vit E oil - what's not to like, but I recently discovered a new benefit. I had such rough feet my boyfriend thought my new pedicurist would need an electric sander to smooth them. She used Vit E oil on my calves and feet and suggested I use it weekly. I've been using it a month now and no more rough feet! Me (and my beau) Love This!

I appy this to my skin after my shower, you only need a little. It completely moisterizes my skin. I use it on my lips and I ever put a few drops on my tongue as a supplement..

I tried this oil after my most recent tattoo that had some scabbing and just wasn't healing right. I've been using it for a few days and already my tattoo is healed, but I've also been using it after the shower and I can tell you my skin has never felt better. It is an amazing product, makes a great light face moisturizer, and I run my hands through the ends of my hair when done and my hair looks great! I will be stocking up on this product for YEARS to come, having finally found the most perfect moisturizer in the world at a great price. BTW, the light lemon scent is really nice under almost any perfume, and doesn't smell lysol-ish, just lovely!

I'm so happy with this product. It's way better than a lot of the expensive stuff I used before. I only wish I discovered it earlier.

I don't take the Vitamin E oil as a supplement to my diet. I add a few drops in my hand and apply it to my face. I find my skin is sxtra soft, and the wrinkles are staying away. I usually apply it at bedtime. Sometimes oftener. My skin stays moist, and the oil is not greasy, but absorbs well. I am getting the benefit of the oil as a supplement, absobing via my skin instead of by mouth, and it also smooths my skin. It is a natural oil with no additives.

I have used this product since Nov., when I [finally worked up the nerve to get the side of my nose pierced]...and it really has helped with the healing process.
