This is the best flavor of the Nicorette gums. I don't chew it on a regular basis, but I do use it when I am in a situation where I think I will crave a cigarette. I chew one or two pieces throughout an evening with friends where cocktails will be drank and I don't even want to smoke, even if others are. It does work because I haven't smoked for a year. My mom also quit smoking a year ago and she chews this and the other flavors on a regular basis. This gum works, try it and quit smoking the cancer sticks!
