I have horrible eczema and I put on a dab and rubbed it in and it completely eased the itch, made my skin supple, AND turned them pale instead of the horrible dark pink it had been. The best soft stuff ever. I also had really bad flakes on my face because I use Oil Free Acne Wash and it's a bit drying (but it's great!). If you use this as a night cream, it gets rid of them. Four days before my wedding day I developed an odd rash on my LEFT hand. To make things worst, my knuckles began to crack due to extremely cold weather. Perfect at night, and a very good value when you consider how little you actually need to get the job done. As a guy I never really used creams; however, my hands occasionally get horribly dry to the point of bleeding, Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula handles this with ease in only two to three applications. I used the Neutrogena Hand Cream before and after shoveling and had great results. NO RED, CHAPPED HANDS. Only a small amount was needed and it didn't leave any greasy residue.
