I work in a factory and ... by Greg H in Brownwood, TX on 12/23/06I work in a factory and it's rough on the hands. I'm talking knuckle-busting, chemical splashing, repetitive-washing type work. I walk back and forth to work 20 minutes each way and the elements add even more punishment. I started noticing cracks and dryness. I tried other products, but this is the absolute best treatment for hands...hands down. No more dry hands. No more cracks. I guess the Norwegians were right. I go with the scentless. I don't need them to smell pretty. But they do look pretty...healthy that is.
I love this product! My ... by jennifer in Undisclosed on 12/6/06I love this product! My skin gets very dry and cracks easily. Lotions are not moisturizing enough, and often both lotions and creams cause my hands to break out in a red, painful rash. The Norwegian formula in the fragrance-free option is the only product that seems to work well without causing a rash for me. It lasts a long time, and it is excellent for use overnight. My suggestion for those who don't like the greasy feel is to wash hands first, then apply it immediately. It seems to absorb better and feel less greasy.
The trick to this cream ... by Lori H in Acton, MA on 11/29/06The trick to this cream is that you just need a little bit. Yes, it is thick like an ointment, but if you really massage it in nicely, it is so worth it. After you've rubbed it in, just wait a minute or two and the sticky feeling leaves, and you're left with the smoothest, softest, most wonderful-feeling hands. Just don't use too much!
This is hands down, THE ... by Pam B in Sunnyvale, CA on 11/25/06This is hands down, THE best product for dry hands. As the tube says, "just a dab" rubbed into the back of each hand and, poof, scales, cracks, dryness, and pain are GONE. The effects last for several washings. It's amazing, and it's highly rated on websites that rate such things. One tube lasts a long time. Don't over-apply: draw a short, thin line of product across the back of one hand, and use one finger of the other hand to massage it in from wrist to fingertips; after the gel turns white and then disappears into your skin, repeat on the opposite hand; then rub both hands together to get remaining gel onto the inside of hands. Apply sparingly. Don't use it like ordinary hand lotions/creams - it's not like those products; it's a one-of-a-kind product. Applied correctly, it will leave your hands smooth and soft without feeling wet or greasy. It's fragrance-free, so there's no obnoxious perfume smell. Enjoy!

I am disappointed. I ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 9/29/06I am disappointed. I tried like 10 types of hand cream, and this one probably is the worst. It's sticky and hard to spread out. And it does nothing to my hands. Although I like Neutrogena overall, I definitely won't buy this hand cream again.

This is the only ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 7/12/06This is the only handcream that does not make my hands look oily and shiny. An oily shine works to accent the veins on the top of your hands. Yuk! Neutrogena has a matte finish, and it is the only handcreme that I have found that looks great on my hands.
My dermatologist ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 5/16/06My dermatologist recommended this product years ago because I have eczema. When I wash my hands, they easily get dry and chapped. I do not go anywhere without this product. I highly recommend this one over the regular one. The fragrance-free product is truly fragrance free. If you suffer from really dry hands, I promise that you will like this product.
