Use 1-3 times per week, remove excess moisture from the hair.  Massage into hair & comb through, leave in for 1-3 minutes (for more dramatic results leave in for 5 minutes).  Rinse thoroughly.

Please note chemically treated hair will take color more intensely.  Product should be promptly rinsed to avoid staining to hands, clothing or bathroom fixtures.
