Use 1-3 times per week, remove excess moisture from the hair, massage into hair and comb through.  Leave in for 1-3 minutes (for more dramatic results leave in for 5 minutes) rinse thoroughly.

Please note chemically treated hair will take color more intensely.  Product should be promptly rinsed to avoid staining to hands, clothing or bathroom fixtures.
