I use it before daily makeup. It's so great. I've tried other expensive brands and none of them has such product. Please don't stop making it!

I echo the other reviewers who wonder why Olay would change such a well-loved product. When I opened my new bottle of Olay Complete, I was struck by an overpowering smell - that of chemical sunscreens. My original reason for using this lotion was that it didn't stink like sunscreen all day, but still offered protection. I've trusted Olay for over 20 years with my skin - how could they do this??

A classic- I've used this for years! I'm a Dermatologist's kid and was the test subject for the "latest and greatest" fragrance-free/sensitive skin products for most of my childhood. This is the best, hands down. Non-greasy, moisturizes my normal-dry skin year-round, and with a great sunscreen. And cheap!

This used to be a great product--light daily moisturizer, fragrance-free and good for sensitive skin. The new formula uses chemicals that sting my face and eyes. (All day long, it doesn't diminish over time.) I DO NOT recommend this for people with truly sensitive skin.

I have used this product for 10 years at least. I loved it for my sensitive skin. They have changed the sunscreen ingredients and it causes my eyes to burn and itch even if I don't put the lotion near them! [...]Don't buy this!

After my last bottle of Olay Complete for Sensitive Skin ran out, I picked up a new one. Sure, I noticed that the package changed, and some of the ingredients changed as well...but I trusted Olay, so I thought nothing of it. Later that night, my face would not stop itching and burning. I assumed I was having an allergic reaction to something caught in my makeup brush. Later in the week, my face hadn't stopped itching and burning, and to make matters worse, I started breaking out so badly that it rivaled what I went through in my teen years (I'm now 31).For that week, and the week after, I went absolutely nuts trying to figure out what was causing this reaction. I thought it was perhaps allergies, hormones, stress... Never once did it occur to me that it was my beloved Olay lotion--because I TRUSTED Olay. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Then finally, it clicked that the new box, the new harsh formula, was ruining my skin. I haven't used the new formula since then, and have found generic versions of the old formula in local pharmacies ([...] brand is almost identical, although the texture is a little pastier) to be an acceptable replacement.Sadly, I still have acne scars from my hellish two weeks on the new formula. Only a few months of patience and lotion that's actually made for sensitive skin will heal these, although Olay Co uselessly offered me coupons for more Olay products. I will not use Olay lotion or products again unless the old formula is brought back.I wish I could give zero stars.

I used Clinique's Dramatically Diferent Moisturizing Lotion for about 25 years, until I had a number of dysplastic nevi (moles on their way to malignancy) discovered and removed. The dermatologist cautioned me that I needed to wear sunblock all the time. It was mand-boggling to discover that Clinique's daily moisturizer lacked UV blocking, and that their sunblock relied on titanium dioxide (main ingredient of Clown White Makeup and white paint - sorry - I was a chemistry major). So I went on a quest, including trips to Consumer Reports, for the Best Daily Moisturizer. It had to be hypoallergenic for my fussy skin, and unscented. And this EXCELLENT product is what I found. I have used it for 12 years, and the money I have saved compared to all those high-priced teeny bottles of Clinique ($30-40 a pop) is huge. I can recommend it with a whole heart. Non-comedogenic (doesn't cause zits) UV protection at a reasonable price - A PLUS! Olay, I say OLE!

I've used this for years and just bought a new bottle and noticed right away that it's a new formua, chemical sunscreens instead of zinc oxide. Planning on switching.

I never tried the old formulation, but this stuff left a greasy film on my face! Waste of money....I did use it on my arms because I liked the smell, but not my intended use.

I had been using this lotion since the mid 90's. I loved it because of the active ingredients: Octinoxate (6%), Zinc Oxide (3%). (note: zinc is a non-irritating sunscreen that has been shown to actually soothe upset skin.) Olay recently changed the formula. the mix of sunscreen they now put in it hurts my sensitive skin and is more greasy and shiny than the original forumula. I hate it! now I have to spend big bucks looking for a new favorite moisturizer. too bad olay, you just lost yourself a faithful customer.
