First time I used these, I put them on backwards because I wanted the most protection up front. They work well either way. I had problems w/ similar products that are not wide enough in the crotch, so leaks along the edges were common. These allow me to adjust them higher or more in the middle, depending on my needs, so that I'm leak proof 99% of the time. I wish they were as wide on both ends! For us larger women, few products actually provide enough crotch side coverage. Maybe for slender women the narrow crotch pads are enough protection, but not for women like me (wear size 11 panty). These even protect me during my exercise classes! They're hard to fit into my purse; but I think I'll go get a larger purse.

This is like wearing a string of ping-pong balls with a paddle at each end, covered with a semi-permeable fabric. IIt, twists around, leaks at the sides, and is ao bulky it's ridiculous and is lumpy and uneven! I usually use "feminine protection,"! but thought I'd try something heavier at night. Wow -- what a mistake. The Idea of the shape (larger at each end) is what sold me, but it was only an idea. The bulkiness and cheap cover and center negated any possible value from the shape. Forget it! If I could give it a negative star it would be more accurate.

Use the product for incontinence. The product is great for everyday use as well as at night. Get the double protection by using the Walgreens Belted with the Pads. When your out running errands and can not get to a bathroom quickly you have the double protection of the Pad and the Belted. Throw the pad away and you still have the Belted.

I don't know what the others are saying about comfort but these are the best and I have tried them all. They are comfortable and withstand long hours in bed, as well as going out with no leakage worries. They still may cause some skin irritation but I found that with all brands, all more than these as they do not feel like a lump of cardboard.

Effective for gradual but significant volume urinary leakage in cases of overactive bladder. They provide significant protection en route to a bathroom but are not for complete urinary bladder incontinence. I recommend them especially for long distance travel, air travel or any situation where use of a bathroom is not readily available. They are basically, odor free and easily disposable, but not to be flushed in toilets.
