This product lasted only a few weeks before it simply stopped working. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my paperwork from drugstore.com, and could not get a full or partial refund, or a replacement.

I LOVE this machine! It cleans any odors out of our home.. Vary pleasant ..I do wish they would come up with a few new "softer" scents. ( No matter how little of the drops I use ) I did read the review ... where it gave me the idea to use a teaspoon of my favorite fabric softner...I am trying that out as I write this! So far...very pleasant....The con for me is cleaning the "machine" ..not the bowl. That I do find difficult, as the oils leave a kind of "waxy" residue. But overall..there is not another product out there as wonderful...even with 6 cats, 1 dog, 2 kids, I smoke cigarettes and he smokes a cigar a few times a week ! Our home smells wonderful and I really do notice when I walk thru my front door... when it is NOT running. BIG difference! So very clean and pleasant when it is running! Love the seemingly swirling blue light too!

the idea was great. just needs a better constructed container. the container cracked in several places in less than six months of use. haven't been able to locate replacement parts.

i love this product, the smell is great...although it lasts for 4 hours only. The instructions dont tell you if you can leave it on all day long and if you can add more of the oil so that you can have the great smell for longer. But it looks cute and does something good for you too!!!

I am a smoker, and we currently have a Large puppy that just finished potty training. So we have odors, shampooing carpet wasn't enough. My Husband hates the things I buy online. But this machine he LOVES! He said it works really good, and he only turns it off for refill and cleaning!!! That alone should tell you how great the Brethe works. It is VERY EASY to maintance and clean, it is quiet, not silent, but quiet. no louder then a fan on low. We bought two machines and our house smells wonderful now. We use one in the main part of house and the other in bedroom for smoke. I think two tsp. of fragrance is way too much to use, so we only use 1 teaspoon or less. Just using the Brethe and practicing with the scents will help determine how much YOU prefer. Great, awesome and works very well, I / WE would highly reccomend it to EVERYONE!!

the dog smells better than any of these4 scents. the water turns a disgusting cloudy color, and the smells are overpowering at first and just plain stale after an hour or so. i threw mine out. what a waste of money. and don`t spill any of the scents, they permanently stain all they touch

The solutions that come with it don't smell good. They're supposed to smell natural, but I don't think there are any real essential oils at all. It smells more like cleaning fluid than air freshener.
