Well I ended up with a lot of pain and a fire engine red face for a couple of days. I actually asked the assistant to stop because I thought she was going to scrape off my face. So I left the office crying, vowing I would never hurt myself again like that. Anyway I have enjoyed Neutrogena products for the last couple of years with great results, so I thought let me try this rejuvenator. At first I was scared and now I am simply delighted. My face is softer, smoother and ever tighter looking. It also really tackled my hyperpigmentation. I am 40 and people think I am in my early 30's. Had it done about a week before I used the Skin Rejuvenator, and still, there was a huge, noticeable difference. With regular use, I'm guessing I can drop the professional treatments to once a year if at all. I'm 53, I smoke, I used to be a sun worshipper - so to see (and feel) such a wonderful improvement is practically a miracle. My skin is smoother, soft, and feels tighter. I'm not imagining it - I am quite the self-critic, and as you can imagine, I've tried all kinds of home treatments without success. Well, my youngest daughter told me about the Rejuvenator and how wonderful it made her skin look and feel so I thought I'd give it a try. Five Stars, ladies!!! This is the berries, as they used to say! I have only used it three times and I'm hooked. No more Buf-Puf, scrubs, or peels for me! To all the people complaining about acne breakout, just means you have not been using the proper skin care and now that you are it cleaning all the crud out of your pores. Years ago when I first started using skincare the Clinique ladies told me I may breakout at first and I did. Keep using your skincare and this tool and you will be thrilled in the long run. That done, this is arguably the best skin care product to come along in DECADES. I have rough, bumpy skin on my face and neck due to a skin condition. If I don't scrub it, after a day or two it feels like dry, grainy leather. Buf-Puf was moderately effective until I found the Rejuvenator - now my Buf-Puf is a thing of the past! I have been using the Rejuv for a couple weeks now and my skin has morphed! It looks probably 5 years younger, and the softness is incredible. The fine lines (I am 38) are not gone but the surface is so much smoother that they are not as noticeable. I have rosy cheeks again, and I finally know what they mean by glowing. Foundation is SO much prettier and smoother now, too! I am even switching to sheer coverage formulas and translucent powder! First time EVER! I will never be without this product. I was hesitant to buy at 1st due to the cost & also never having great success w/supermarket skin care. The 1st time I used it - when I washed off my face, I did not recognize the feel of my own skin. I have a glow and am able to wear powder in place of my normal medium coverage foundation. The texture of my skin is becoming smooth and my pore size is less noticeable. I am 30 yrs old - so not many fine lines. I have Caucasian combination skin. I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT HIGHLY!! | Everyone is right - this ... by Anonymous in Undisclosed on 1/27/08Everyone is right - this product does an AMAZING job at making skin soft and smooth. But after two uses, my face is breaking out like crazy, a little like Neutragena's other product like this, with the exfoliating cream. I guess my skin is purging the impurities. I am hoping it settles down because I have Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and a little on my cheekbones and am really hoping this product can smooth it and maybe even heal it. For now, I am going to continue using it. If it keeps making my face break out, I will use it only on my arms and chest because, again, the exfoliation is INCREDIBLE. I wish they made a big body size one since that Spin Spa product was so lame! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
