Its an awesome product but refills are impossible to find. Its an expensive item to use a few times and then not be able to use it anymore. Come on Neutrogena, get it together! I can't even order refills online. Before you buy it make sure you can find the refills.

Let me start off by saying I have only been using this product for a week. So, while I have not given it much of a chance yet, I thought it was important to share my first impressions. It does a good job at making my skin feel smooth. I haven't noticed a difference in acne (neither more, nor less). Really the only con I've noticed so far is the level of vibration. It's very strong, and almost hurts to run it over my nose and my forehead (even on the low setting), but that's something that I can deal with for the smooth skin it leaves. Overall it is a product I would recommend.

I have been using this product for 6 weeks. The only change I have experienced thus far is acne. I am 42 so that is a bit disconcerting to say the least.

Love, love, love this product. I have very sensitive skin and I have used it twice already. I don't even have red skin after I am done. My skin is much softer and smoother since using and I can already see a difference in my pore size as I have very large pores. This is a great product for people with sensitive skin.

So far, so good. I bought the "healthy skin rejuvenator" yesterday and have used it twice. Yes, I do notice a difference. My skin is noticeably smoother; some whiteheads have disappeared. I'm not into a lot of skin care creams, etc. But I tried this as I've had professional microdermabrasion 4 times with good results. This is quite similar and much cheaper! Worth a try, friends!
