This product totally saved my life! I'm in the "going into teen" stage so my face is really oily. When I got the wave I took it out of the box and used it. I could tell right away that my skin was clean. It made me feel refreshed and happy. I'm always in the girls bathroom looking at my face and telling my friends how ugly my acne is. I love it so much! | Won't leave home without ... by Kat in Undisclosed on 6/5/08Won't leave home without it! Just like everyone else has said, I noticed a difference on the first use. I was a bit disappointed when it wasn't all foamy and sudsy but it doesn't need to be! I didn't notice just how great my face was getting until I ran out of pads (buy backup!) and my face was getting red and bumpy again. My skin has always been a wreck; I'm 21 with the complexion of a 15 year old. I tried regular washes, moisturizers that made my face too oily, toners that dried it out and then that long process of Proactiv, this was the only one that works great! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I do, however, add some of my own face wash (St. Ives Apricot Cleanser) to the pad because there's not much cleanser in it, and it doesn't foam up at all. After three, I had enough and switched back to my old cleanser. The reason I gave it time was to factor in the new product along with menstrual cycles and see what was going on but no way. | I'd actually rate this ... by Amy in Moon Township, PA on 5/9/08I'd actually rate this somewhere between three and four stars -- like many others, I was disappointed that the pads don't foam up the way I thought they would, but my face feels so soft and clean after using the Wave that I'm willing to overlook that. I've found that saturating the pads completely with water before attaching it to the Wave helps produce a little more foam, too. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
