It makes my skin feel soft, smooth, and clean. I was expecting the cleansing pad to move, but instead the whole device vibrates. It feels sort of like a facial massage, and so far I'm satisfied with the results. The pads are really easy to change.

I really don't like this product. I'm a 13 year-old girl who just has to keep up with the latest trends and have the newest thing, so when I saw this, I just had to have it. For the first day or so, it was amazing. But then, my skin started getting really dry! It was horrible! And I used Neutrogena summer glow afterwards, and it really irritated my skin. And yes, I did test the lotion before use, and I got no reaction. I would not recommend either of these products, they were a huge disappointment

Hello I am a 17 year old high school student. I tried all acne treatments and they dont work. I was so anxious to pick this up so I did. First of all it had directions on the back that said nothing (just illustrations). So I used it the first night from looking at all these reviews I thought it would be good. It did get rid of blackheads on my skin but I was waiting forever to get the pad foamy. Now I knew from observation you just soak the whole pad for a second. It takes forever for it to foam on your face and when it does it doesnt come out at all and misses your whole face. I used it for 2 days and the next night I forgot to use it. I busted out in zits and now Im trying to recover from all of it but takes forever. I use their oil-free acne wash the GEL. It works well. I suggest you dont use this.

Nice idea but, it died in only 2 weeks. It says it is waterproof for shower use, so I used it in the shower. I only held the pad area under the water for a few seconds, never immersed it in water. When it stopped working, I thought the battery had died, so I opened the battery door to change it. I was drenched with the water that poured out of the little door! So much for being able to use in the shower.

I really like this product. I bought it without high expectations, but I feel that it serves it purpose. It smoothes your skin gets skin shiny clean and helps treat acne. As with all products for your skin you MUST keep in mind that you will break out while your skin adapts to the product. Give it a couple of weeks and you will see results!

I just purchased this product, after noticing that the winter weather was really drying out my face. After just a few uses, my skin is smooth and soft, and the dryness is almost gone. I highly recommend this product if you are interested in gentle exfoliation. It does not irritate my skin at all, and the cleansing pad is not rough. I am buying one for my sister!

I just started using the Neutrogena wave yesterday, and I really enjoy the results! After using it for the first time, I could feel the cool air going into my open pores, and my face was really soft and smooth. I'm going to try using it with my other cleansers too, but it works great by itself too. I think in time my face is just going to get better and better.

To each his own, but this product didn't really work for me. I feel it didn't even get my skin totally clean. I guess I'll just stick with the tried and true "Buf-Puf" and my favorite cleanser.

I was intrigued enough to pick this up despite my general Neutrogena aversion--I wish I hadn't! I have very, very sensitive skin, and have found that Neutrogena products nearly always make me break out. This was no different. I'm not sure what it is about the brand, but the only time I ever have breakouts high on my cheeks is after I've tried something by Neutrogena. If you have sensitive skin, you should find another brand: Ponds, Aveeno, Korres, Murad.
