I loved the product. I read in alot of reviews that it did not lather, but I ran the pad under water first & then put it on the Wave & it did lather for me. Its a shame I am unable to use it because of my rosacea, my dermatologist told me not to. I am disappointed because I really liked it the few times I used it & it made my skin very soft. It did everything it said it would.

I love love love neutrogena, so when this product came out, i bought it right away (i trust this brand) but it's been weeks now, and it did NOTHING to my face. all it is a very gentle daily face wash for people with OUT acne. if you have pimples, acne, ect. this is not for you, and don't waste your money on this.

I received this as a gift. When I turned the Wave on, it wouldn't vibrate at all. The pad kept falling off, so you have to keep your finger on it the entire time. There were hardly any bubbles at all on the pad once you wet it. I was really disappointed with this product. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk!!!

I liked it - but could take it or leave. Now that it has died, I guess I have to leave it. It said it was water proof, so I used it and stored it in the shower. It died after about a month.

[...]I purchased with confidence after reading many well devoted reviews and extensive research on the web. To my avail, I was surprised to find that it does not do what it promises. I followed directions entirely, and it will not lather! I had to take off the pad and rub it really hard under running water just to get a small lather. Reapplied it, and turned it on again, using circular motion on my face, I thought it was supposed to spin, it just vibrates. It feels kind of nice, I guess, but my face was dried out and still needed to be cleaned when I was done. So I used my previous products and ditched the Wave, wave bye bye to the Wave it sucks....

I thought it was nice at first, it made my skin a little softer... but after I kept using it I began to break out. I didn't really change anything and continued to use it, I had some of the WORST breakouts in my ENTIRE LIFE. I think this thing rubs the dirt and grit into your pores instead of cleansing it out! MY face was HORRIBLE, I won't use this again, the results were awful! I'm just now starting to recover, use Buff-puff cleansing pads instead, or at least an exfoliating wash. UGH! I'd give it no stars if I could!

I bought the wave this summer, When I first used it it worked like a wonder, but then I skipped it for a day or two and I broke out! Then I used it again and It left hundreds of bumps all over my face. Its now march almost april of 09 and the bumps are still on my face!

A friend of mine bought it, didn't like it and passed it off to me... and boy am i glad that I didn't spend my money on it. It does make my skin feel softer after use, but the softness is not retained. I don't know why you need the gizmo or even the vibration to make it work. seems to me that you can just buy the cleaning pads and use it w/o the thing. I don't know how the vibration helps at all. It's a big too gentle for my taste. While acne in some areas of my face seem to decrease, I'm seeing breakouts in other places. The cleaning pads do not easily foam and sometime you have to scrub a long time to even see some foams. My recommendation would be that you don't buy buy this thing and spend the money other other forms of exfoliators and cleansers.

i have super sensitive skin and everytime i use it i feel like i got a super baaaad sunburn and then my skin peels!!! the very 1st time i used it, it was ok and the the 2st time i used it ^^^.........it smells super good tho!
