My husband has very dry itchy skin on his lower legs. Sarna is the best product we have found to relieve the dryness and associated itching. Prior to using Sarna he would scratch his legs, especially at bedtime, until they bled. This problem is totally eliminated by applying Sarna before he goes to bed. Some people complain about the scent, but my husband and I both find it pleasing and it opens up the sinuses! A bonus is that Drugstore.com offers Sarna at a more reasonable price than we can buy it locally.

I have eczema, dry skin & a bad itching problem. This does a good job of easing the itch for about the the day. The itch does come back for the other half of the day. It does the job, but I wish the itch went away for the whole day. That may be an unrealistic expectation though.

I was very shocked at the smell! It smells strong like my grandma's perfume. I only used it once in a small area but couln't get past the smell. It worked ok but I was afraid the fragrance would bother my skin.

Use the Sarna for Sensitive Skin. It works great and doesn't have the stong camphor order. I used it for two years for eczema.
