Toilet cleaning is never fun. Traditional toilet brushes never quite get everything under the rim and often splash water into your face. Gross. Then they sit around and fester until the next use. Even grosser. As reluctant as I am to buy plastic disposable stuff, this technological advancement in toilet cleaning warrants it. The smell is not too offensive nor strong, and the suds are impressive. The sponge fits under the rim--brilliant! With some elbow grease, pretty much anything your toilet bowl can grow, this tool can scrub away. Handle length and sponge design eliminate splashing and throwing away the business end of the wand is quite tidy. I'm not afraid to clean the end of the wand before storing, thus funky bathroom brushes are a thing of the past. I can wish for a biodegradable, veggie-plastic, environmentally friendly version of this wand (with the release button in a smarter place) but in the mean time, I will have a clean toilet which makes for a friendlier bathroom environment.

It is an improvement over toilet cleaning in general. You don't have to worry about something that sits in a toilet then sits in a bucket next to the toilet then the toilet and repeat. It is sleek for being plastic, nice white color, nice design, easy to use button that attaches the cleaning head and detaches it as well so you don't have to touch it at either time. The cleaning head has a LOT of cleaning concentrate in it. WAY more than I found i need, which is find I suppose, I just feel I am wasting it. I have some light rings at the water line which the cleaners don't get out, but I am not too surprised. The material the head is made out of are abrasive enough to feel like you are scrubbing. The shape and size of the cleaning head in relation to the thin long handle allow for you to get into the toilet as well as under the rim well enough. It might be nice if you could flush the cleaning head but I am pretty sure you cannot. Also There are only 6 heads in a pack, which doesn't seem like very many. When you buy a bottle of toilet cleaner you can get a lot more out of it than these single dose tablets or drops or whatever. That is kind of annoying. Let ALONE the PRICE - I got this at a great price. Also the smell is very very VERY strong (like any industrial bathroom cleaner) and the heads need to be kept in the plastic bag and the bag needs to be scruched closed a bit, other than that it isn't too bad. I did find I had to just pick the plastic bag holding the heads up out of the main container out to eye level to see where the knob on the cleaner head was in order to snap the handle on to it and not graaaaaaacefully stick the handle into the main container and pull it out ready to go. Not bad overall.

I love this toilet cleaning wand. There are enough suds to clean two toilets, then wisk it away into the trash -- no messy, drippy, yuckkey brush in a holder. You can also use this on the bathtub or shower. At least I can.

It cleans well, but it feels as if I'm wasting the product. The head should be reusable a couple of times, but there's nowhere to store it. The new heads take up the only storage. It's easy to use, and refreshes, but I did notice that the cleaner head does not clean the ring. I have a brand new toilet, and it got a faint ring. I used the toilet wand immediately, but it didn't remove the ring.

This product works okay. I have had water level rings that I cannot scrub away with it. I have to break out the Comet Cleanser to get better scrubbing action. But the biggest disappointment is there is too much bluing agent dye in the pad. It is very staining and messy, especially on the seat and areas outside of the bowl. You have to go back over the stained blue areas with a paper towel to get rid of the excess blue color. Also, I cannot get the blue dye out from under the latch where the seat connects to the toilet.

You just attach one of the scrubbers, use it and hit the little button to release it when done . Goes right in the garbage without having to handle it.

I usually clean my toilet bowl every 1-2 weeks. After years of using the Scrubbing Bubbles Flushable Scubs I recently switched to systems with an abrasive pad - Clorox and Scrubbing Bubbles. Both systems clean and remove stains better than the flushable system because of the more durable & abarasive pad. Both have a bluing agent along with a cleaning agent.
I prefer the way the Clorox pads clean. The pads are octagonal which seems to make it easier to reach under the lip of the toilet rim. The bluing agent and foaming action also seems better than the Scrubbing Bubbles system. It also comes with a plastic cannister for the pads & stand for the wand, which makes it more convenient & sightly to store. If you are just switching from a conventional toilet brush to a wand with disposable pads, I would recommend getting the Clorox system.
The Scrubbing Bubbles pads use the same wand as the flushable scrubs - so it is an easy transition if you are currently using the flushable scrubbers. The pads are rectangular (about 2in x 3in) and larger than those of Clorox.
Both systems have pads which are disposable but not flushable.
If the Clorox system had effective and FLUSHABLE pads, THAT would get 5-stars.

To Assemble Caddy: Quick and Easy One - Time Assembly
1. Snapbase onto caddy body 2. Load pouch of cleaning heads into caddy. 3. Store Clorox® ToiletWand™ handle in caddy.
To Clean: Open pouch of disposable cleaning heads and push handle straight down onto cleaning head unit until it clicks into place. Dip cleaning head in the toilet bowl water for 1 - 2 seconds. Scrub entire toilet bowl above water line. When finished, to release excess water, press cleaning head against the toilet bowl and slide blue button forward to release head into trash bin. Do not flush cleaning head. Flush to rinse toilet. Slide ToiletWand™ handle into the caddy for easy storage. To Disinfect: Empty toilet bowl before cleaning.
