This is the only laundry soap allowed in my home. All three of my children have sensitive skin, and this works for ALL of the laundry I do. My husband loves it because it has a wonderful scent and it doesn't smell "girly". It cleans amazingly well, and you only have to use a small amount. LOVE IT!

This detergent seems to work in getting my kids messy clothes clean. My only complaints are that it is very hard to determine from the cap how much to use for HE washers. Also, I absolutely love the scent out of the bottle but once the clothes are washed and dried, you cannot smell anything. This might be good for people that are sensitive to smells but I wish my clothes smelled like the wonderful lavender scent in the bottle. The Green Works detergent leaves a nice smell on the clothes after washing which I like better.

What a wonderful laundry detergent that leaves clothing feeling clean and fresh smelling. Pair that with it being environmentally safe and you've got it made.
The safe ingredients doesn't leave behind a cloying perfume found in ordinary laundry detergents. And with my BF having eczema, his skin doesn't get irritated at all. Less worries, more peace of mind.

There is a very weak scent when I smell it straight from the bottle. There is no scent after washing clothes. I even used the matching fabric softener and still no scent. As for being effective, it works on lightly soiled clothes.

I am so happy to find an effective laundry soap that is not made with petrochemicals, etc. I have made my own laundry soap before which works surprisingly well, but I love the convenience of the Seventh Generation. Luckily, no one in our household has scent allergies, and the lavendar/eucalytus is a pleasant scent.

I've used this product for several years. I like the scent and the fact that the product is not destructive to the environment. If I have a stain on a garment I use an added stain remover, because just washing sometimes will not remove the stain. But overall I like the product and will continue to use it.

This detergent works very well, compared to the big brands, there is no reason not to use something easier on mother nature. The scented is very light scented, unlike the big brands, and as I have by necessity bought unscented in the past, this detergent is lightly and pleasantly scented. I highly recommend this and their dish detergent.

For Best Results: Sort - Follow garment care label instructions. Pretreat - Pour directly on stained fabric. Rub gently. Allow to soak before washing. Measure - For both high efficiency and standard machines, fill to 1/4 cup line inside cap for medium loads. Use half cap for heavily soiled or larger loads. Pour - Pour into washer as it fills with water, then add laundry. Washing full loads helps conserve water.
