How Do I choose my wig?
We only carry one size because our model stretches to fit most.

How do I wash my wig?
We recommend to wash the wig at least twice a month but obviously, you might do it more frequently if you wear your wig on a daily basis. Use our specific wig shampoo, rinse with clear, cold water and let it AIR DRY.

We suggest to purchase our own brand of shampoo, made to our own specifications to provide you with a gentle but effective clean.
Do not use heat dryer or hair straightener since it could damage the wig.
Do not squeeze your wig: just drain with a towel.

How do I keep it when I do not wear it?
You should always keep your wig on a head holder when you do not wear your wig as it  helps to maintain it in good shape.

Do I need to bring my wig to a hairdresser?
Your wig is uniquely designed: when you receive the wig, you just shake it and right away you will enjoy its shape, the "Natural Look" on all styles. You might easily adjust the wig with your fingers or eventually a comb but you won't need to go visit your hairdresser so you will save you time and money.

Attention:  Due to health concerns regarding products that contact the skin
and scalp, we cannot accept return of this item if the "COSMOTEL" tag has
been removed or if it has been worn.

How to care for your wig:

• After removing the wig from its package, holding it by the nape, shake it gently downwards allowing it to regain its natural shape and volume.
• Fit the wig to your head.
• Create the look and refresh the style by running your fingers through the hair.
• To maintain your wig, use a wig shampoo or "BRUSH HAIR LINE 2-in-1"
  shampoo in warm water and allow to air-dry.
