I researched many vitamins before stopping with One a Day Men's. I have been taking this one for about 2 years now, and have never felt better. As with any vitamin or supplement you take, you need water to deliver it to your body. Those telling of smelly urine, need more water. This vito is tops.

Great vitamin for men. I switched over from Centrum, and I like these much better. These smell the same as Centrum and are the same size and shape. They also taste about the same as long as you swallow them quickly. They don't have a coating like Centrum, but it's not very noticeable. I haven't experienced any nausea, but I know a lot of others have. If you're thinking about switching, do it.

It has a great mix of vitamins and minerals but has the absolute worst taste. At least once a week I just can't get it down because it starts dissolving immediately and is so awful. Take it with OJ or something with strong flavoring and it will be OK. Not good with water!!

The pills themselves are rather large and smell terribly, I also noticed that because of the large amount of different types of supplements in the pills made my urine have a smell to it. Overall, does help to benefit. But would not recommend.

The best so far. One thing is that it keeps me up late at night. I have so much energy at night that I can't go to sleep. Ever since I've been taking the pill, I haven't been feeling tired or low in energy. I don't mind the late nights at all.

I've been using taking One-A-Day Men for over 5 years with great results, because of the extra kick I get in the mornings, due to more energy being released. However, I've noticed that if I stop taking it for a few days, because my supply runs out or I'm traveling, etc., I experience kind of "withdrawal" symptoms (i.e. weakness, despondency, etc.), as if there were some substance in the supplement that generates dependency. This is something I intend to ask my physician.

I have been taking them now for about 5 years. I dont mind the texture or taste as long as you swallow it relatively quickly. They have everything a man needs and are great for a morning vitamin routine. I also take Fish Oil, and Green Tea Extract, and when excercising - Whey Protein and Creatine. If you are trying to create a good wellness routine I would suggest a smiliar combination.

I used to take GNC Mega Men but it contains Iodine which caused me to breakout on my face. This One A Day Mutivitamin does not contain Iodine, which is perfect. It has all the minerals and vitamins my body needs to keep me in top shape.

These are great for those of us who want just One-A-Day -- I don't think they have a bad taste...nor are they hard to take. I can feel the difference if I don't take one. They are my favorite and a good value.
