Great when taken AFTER eating

I learned the hard way these should be taken right after eating a meal. If I took the vitamin right before eating, it made me sick. By taking it as soon as I finish eating, there is no nausea. They work the same as most other big name multivitamins.

These were given to me by my grandmother because they made her too nauseous to take. They made me so ill, I would dry heave and suffer from indigestion all morning. After a few months of taking one daily, I went for routine blood work and found that I was deficient in iron and potassium.

These vitamins also gave me severe nausea (and one episode of vomiting) after taking them. I tried taking them with a full meal, and at different times of day, no help. They really made me feel terrible. I had thought that I could switch from the higher-end expensive vitamins I'd been taking, but I was wrong. These definitely did not work for me. I did, however, give them to a friend who didn't have a problem taking them if she took them at a meal. But if you know you have a sensitive stomach, stay away, these will likely bother you too.

I have been taking the One A Days for women and it is making me feel good about myself. I do not feel nauseated when I take the vitamin because I follow the directions on the back of the bottle. I started taking them for the vitamins that I needed and iron. I can stay awake now and don't get tired so easily. My hair is not shedding like it was before. I've been taking this pill for several years. I had an allergy to vegetables and fruits and wasn't able to eat any. This vitamin helped to keep me on track. While it is pretty big it's easier going down then most of the other multivitamins (which are all like horse pills) that I have tried. It even helped when I was trying to get pregnant. It didn't give me added energy, but it did keep my hair from falling out since I was getting more of the vitamins and minerals that my body needed. I also take it with milk or food as directed and notice that if I take it with water that it will make me feel nauseated. So I would recommend you follow the directions and take it with food. I have told all my friends about this product.

Has low levels of vitamins A and E which is perfect because vitamin A as been linked to birth defects and being a young woman I wouldn't want to do anything to potentially harm any future babies! Low vitamin E is good for me because I am getting surgery soon and I was told to keep my vitamin E levels low.

These vitamins have the perfect balance for a woman. My only complaint - they are large and maybe hard to swallow. They are smooth however, and if taken with water should go down pretty easily.

I didn't stick to taking these vitamins. They are rather large but pretty easy for me to swallow. The only thing I noticed is that I felt pretty much the same. I've been taking them for a while and have been waiting to feel differently... nothing so far. I think I'll switch to something else. I need energy!

Never had any problems with these, even if taken without any food, but with a glass of water. These are moderate amounts of the basic vitamins, so they shouldn't bother you if you are healthy and have a good diet.
