It's not worth feeling so ill just for a multivitamin! I don't know what is in it for me to feel so sick and nauseous. But I get the same reaction, even if I am about to eat and drink a large glass of water. NOT WORTH IT.

These make me feel awful! In fact, I have even become physically sick after taking them. When I take them with food, I at least feel like I am going to be sick. It takes at least 10 minutes to subside.

These are fine -- take them with dinner if they upset your stomach. I take them at breakfest with yogurt and Fiber One. No problems.

These Vitamins make me very nauseous even when I take them with food. I usually feel nauseated for about 15 minutes before my stomach feels better. I would take them in the morning and before I was finished pouring my cereal I was feeling very ill. Without food it was even worse. I would not recommend these vitamins to anyone as I have taken vitamins that never make me feel this way food or not.

These vitamins are very gentle on my stomach. I haven't noticed any adverse reaction when taking them in the morning before breakfast, and my stomach is touchy with pills. I have taken a variety of multivitamins, and have never gained extra energy from them, but with these I do have peace of mind, knowing I'm putting something healthy in my body. My skin hasn't gotten any clearer, but I've only been taking these for two weeks. These are large pills, but the shape is easy to swallow. Great vitamins!

I have been taking these vitamins for a few years, and they are very effective. I have more energy, and I like the fact that they contain iron and calcium unlike many multivitamins out there. It is not a horse pill either, and that's a plus!
