I decided on this particular multivitamin because it didn't have Potassium listed on the ingredients label. It's also helped my skin (could be my imagination); I break out less and my skin is much clearer. I take it in the morning and haven't had any adverse reactions.

This vitamin gave me very bad stomach cramps and increased the amount I needed to urinate. I went from rarely having to go to running to the bathroom at least once an hour! I stopped taking it after 3 days and didn't feel back to normal until a few days later.

I used to have problems with my energy level. I was always tired, no matter what. So I decided to start taking a multi-vitamin. I went with this one just because I knew 1 a day was a good brand. I purchased the One-A-Day vitamins to supplement a new diet that I had started about a month ago. After using the one-a-day vitamins for about a month, I did notice a slight increase in energy. However, I was getting very dizzy and nauseas while taking them. Because of the severe nausea, I discontinued the vitamins and all my symptoms went away. I am now using the New Chapter woman's once daily vitamins and am having excellent results.

This is a great multivitamin for women. It is easy to take and doesn't taste that bad if it gets stuck while going down or you leave the pill in your mouth too long. I used to use another brand of multivitamin that was red and tasted horrible that I didn't want to leave it in my mouth for longer than a second. This wasn't like that. I recommend this for all women to use daily!
