One-A-Day Women's Formula Vitamins are really good in my opinion. I was taking regular vitamins, and since I've been taking them I have much more energy. Many times you get an aftertaste from taking vitamins. I haven't had that with these. I wish they were a little smaller but for the way I felt, with the extra energy, it was worth it. When my bottle is gone I'll buy more.

I have been taking One-A-Day Women's Formula for several days, and I really do feel better in general and more energetic than before I started taking them. With my busy schedule, I don't always eat right, so these really help me. They have just the right amount of vitamins (not mega doses, which could be too much and not safe). This is a good size for a multivitamin. It's not a horse pill. It also doesn't have a nasty smell like some vitamins. It has all the RDAs that I need. I'd buy it if the price were right.

I liked taking these vitamins. I found that they didn't upset my stomach as some vitamins do. I started taking them at night, just in case and woke up feeling like I had been missing something.... I felt great! I'll definitely buy these in the future.
