I've been taking this multivitamin for two weeks now with an additional B-12 unit and I feel much better overall. I noticed a few reviews on here making point of the fact that the pill is large. I completely agree with that but... "more recent research suggests that in order to obtain the adequate amount of essential and/or non-essential nutrients required for proper health that the corresponding multivitamin would need to be quite large - and difficult for many individuals to swallow." It's better to have a snack first or even your regular meal before taking this. I've never experienced any nausea but everyone's body is different. Best wishes to all out there unhappy with this product- I hope you find something else out there on the market that better suits you. If you have no issues with a larger pill, I highly recommend this. As always, check with your doctor before taking on any additional daily medications.

These things are HUGE! I made a solid effort to choke one of these down every morning, and even tried breaking them in half to make swallowing easier, but I just can't do it. After feeling them stick in my esophagus every morning, I decided I was done.

I have been taking One-A- Day Women's Multi-Vitamin for over 6 months. I take it according to the label and do not have any problems with nausea. I have been going through chemotherapy during this same time for Breast Cancer. Each time I would go for lab work, my doctor was pleasantly surprised at how my blood levels would bounce back (close to normal) after chemotherapy. I never developed anemia during the chemotherapy treatments ~ which is rare. There are a lot of vitamins out there to choose from ........ but I will stick with One-A-D Women's health.

I noticed that when I took these vitamins I had a lot more energy through the day, but that would be after having to deal with an upset stomach and sometimes constipation from taking them. Yes I did eat a meal before taking them. I had to or my stomach would cramp. It just wasn't worth it to me. I should have called the company to let them know, but I didn't realize it was the vitamin at first. I wonder if it is still too late. I have two bottle left. I had to stop taking them.

One a day vitamins made me very dizzy and nauseous, almost immediately after taking them. The nausea and dizziness lasts for hours, I don't recommend it.

I brought theses vitamins because I'm in college and I hate being sick, so I brought these to aid in my health and to avoid virus' or flu, stuff like that. While I never vomitted after taking the vitamins, I made sure I ate while taking them. However, maybe a few weeks into taking the vitamins, I noticed my face was breaking out..there were little bumps on my face...soon after that, I started getting these small little ringworm looking things(rash) all over my body, whith eventually spread to my neck, at first it was small and then it just grew...I didnt knowwhat to do, but obviously the product has too much of something, and you could easily overdose without knowing you've overdosed, so I stopped using it after I realized that it might be causing me problems and it was...I stopped taking them and everything cleared up but the stain from the rash on my neck is still there....so young folk, I wouldnt advise you to use this.....or ppl with sensitve skin.....I shoulda sued....

I have tried both this and the One-A-Day Weight Smart. Both made me vomit after taking them, even if i had eaten before. What's the point of taking a vitamin if you barf it all up minutes later?? WASTE OF MONEY.

Being disabled for over 12 years, I take this multi to avoid colds and flu. It may be just me, but since I began using this -- years ago -- I haven't had a cold/flu in 12 years! One-A-Day has changed this formulation to reflect the new health issues, but the basics remain the same... The only potential problem is the pill's size. It is rather large, and I have to be extra careful that it doesn't choke me! But if I take it with a large swallow of water, it goes down without a hitch.

I started taking it couple weeks ago and you need to take i with a meal....you will get sick to your stomach. Since I have been taking it, I notice that I got real itchy all over my body. I was breaking out in rashes everywhere! So...I stopped taking it. Other than that it did boost my energy level up.
