Only Calcium supplement that actually works! My bones are stronger-I can see it in my nails. All others make my nails so soft I can't touch anything without them bending. This vitamin makes my nails very hard. Great product-wish they had them in a larger size!!

I like the product, but afraid to take it because it contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate which is a known carcinogenic. It is the main ingredient used in most shampoos, tooth paste, and other lathering agents. I did not read the ingredients prior to ordering. The company has such a great product. I just don't understand why they would pollute it with this stuff!

Calcium with Vit D, Phosphous and Magnesium. This medically recommended ingredient combination is intended to produce maximum absorption and utilization. I had read that much of the calcium in typical supplements is never taken up by the body but I am optimistic that this Posture D ingredient combindation is superior to most supplements. Pills are large but scored to make it easy to break them in half and swallow. Have taken two pills daily for several years and feel Posture-D has increased my bone strength and perhaps even general stamina, without gas, constipation or skin breakouts (which calcium supplements often caused me). Love this product and our health conscience children also use.

These pills were fine to take. They were smooth, so they went down relatively easily (although, they could've been smaller). Plus, I think a gelcap would've been better. I experienced no side effects, and liked that they were 600mg each. I had to take only two per day. I'd probably recommend them.

I've taken the Posture-D supplement for a week now. I've noticed an increased amount of energy plus the dull ache I had in my back when I woke up is no longer there. This is just after one week! With these kinds of results I'm going to continue to take these -- they can only do me good!!

The first thing I noticed that was wrong with this product was that it didn't have a childproof cap. Even though it clearly stated on the label to keep away from children, I thought it should've had a childproof cap. The next thing I found not to my liking was the size of the calcium supplement. It was huge!! I was barely able to swallow these pills without choking or gagging. The final thing I didn't like was the instructions to take two of these Goliath pills in a day. Once a day would've been more preferential. I liked the idea of a calcium supplement, however, these specific pills and packaging didn't meet my needs whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone.
