I do think this product works. For me personally, I am not as short tempered with my kids, I don't feel as overwhelmed as I did. I do still feel blue at times and overwhelmed, but the feelings are not as intense. I would recommend this product, I plan to continue to use it.

Overall, this is a good 5HTP product, I just prefer the 50mg per capsule product that Natrol offers but it's more expensive; so for now this is the one i'm talking and It really makes a difference, I feel better overall: good mood, tranquility, happier. I was without this product for a month and I was really irritable and had a lot of mood swings.

This product is such a great tool for maintaining a healthy sleep pattern WITHOUT the drowsiness during the day and WITHOUT the 'drugged' feeling when you wake up. It also calms the nerves throughout the day - and I have seen a big difference. I have an extremely stressfull job - and I have MS. This product helps tremendously with mood swings and sleepless nights. No side effects and no withdrawal if you stop. Does make you dream vividly for the first month or so.. but that's okay. Safe to use. Start out at 50mg per day and then increase if you do not feel any better. I take 200 mg a day and it works great.
