I just got my bottle of this today and I can already tell this works wonderfully. I took one chewable twice today instead of the recommended three times and am glad I only took two because by the end of the day I really had to go (you know what I mean!). That was good, though, because it showed me that this really is helping me digest my food better. Also, it tastes really fantastic and I don't like the way most things (food, drinks, medicines) taste at all. I highly recommend buying this supplement, just ease into it by taking 1 per day and eventually work up to 3 per day or else you'll be running to the bathroom!

I ordered this item several times. It works. However, the last 2 times I ordered it(2 bottles each time) the wrong item was sent. Acidophillus with Lactis was sent each time, and I buy it for the Bifidum. I wrote to customer service to complain and I never heard back. Do not buy, the wrong item is shipped.

I simply love these and won't eat a meal without chewing one first. Why? Because when I chew a tablet prior to eating, I have NO MORE PROBLEMS!
I used to have problems (acid reflux, diarrhea, upset stomach, etc.) with everything I ate. It got so bad that I actually started to dread eating -- not good! Since I started chewing on these first, there are very few, if any, problems. I can now eat lettuce, cheese, spicy foods, whatever my little heart (and stomach) desires -- happy sigh!
My local Safeway stopped carrying these (they carry the tabs that cost twice as much), but I was able to get them here. Thank you for carrying them!!
I tried other acidopholus tablets, but these are the BEST! Plus, they're quite tasty!

Until I started taking these losenges I suffered with frequent bouts of thrush due to my medical need to take daily antibiotics. The medications I was prescribed for the thrush would eliminate it, but only for a limited time. Since I began using this product, (approximately 1 yr ago) I have not had any recurrences of thrush.

Every time I get an antibiotic script from a vet or compound my own meds for the rescue cats I handle, I crush at least one of these wafers into the bottle of liquid. Sometimes I crush more than one if the antibiotic tastes particularly horrible. The kitties seem to like it and it definitely helps avoid many of the intestinal issues especially with long term antibiotic use.
