I was so pleased to hear that sublingual vitamin b12 could replace the shots I was receiving monthly. The shots got really expensive. Now I have a 3-month supply of the vitamin b12 I need. The taste isn't obtrusive, and the pill itself dissolves in under a minute; it's not chalky, gritty, or uncomfortable to hold under your tongue. I also noticed that using the sublingual tablets made me feel better consistently, whereas the shots took longer to affect me, and left me sick for a day or two afterward.
