My doctor told me I needed to take a B12 supplement, so I tried this one. Almost immediately I noticed more energy, and I kept getting more and more. (It's very noticeable if one has Chronic Fatigue, even though mine is mostly in remission). I was suddenly energetic all the time, which was great BUT after around 40 days of taking it, I began to notice I was having trouble sitting still, had to be moving all the time, couldn't watch a movie without getting up 30 times, and couldn't sleep - it obviously builds up in your body. I stopped taking it and after about 3 days I could sleep well again. I STILL love the vitamin, I just need a lower dosage - until this bottle is gone I think I'll take it just twice a week - I'm also having my couch-potato hubby take it. I am just amazed that a vitamin could give me so much energy and I'll continue to take Vitamin B12, so this was a great learning experience for me - it just finally seemed this was a bit too high a dosage for my body.

I think this helped kick up my energy level; the difference was very noticeable to me. I wish I was aware of the benefits of B12 sooner!

After being diagnosed with pernicious anemia, an auto-immune disease, I had to find an alternative method of getting B-12 into my body. I lack an intrinsic factor that allows me to absorb B-12 intestinally. At first, the doctor put me on monthly B-12 injections. 2 years later he changed me to a nasal gel (Nascobal) once a week, but it kept my nasal passages irritated. I decided to try high dosage sublingual B-12 and it works. I take it once a day under my tongue. My levels remain stable, it tastes good and I get what I need to maintain my health.

Had Gastric By-Pass Surgery and must take B12 once a week. This product was a lot cheaper than I have paid for others and it tastes a whole lot better. Will absolutely buy again.

I needed to use it because I just had surgery and need to extra vitamins now that my stomach is a very small fraction of what it use to be. They are very easy to use and thats what I needed.

This is very good tasting and very easy to take. I cannot find this at stores around town and alway get from drugstore.com.
