I take this product every morning, year round. If I find myself getting a little cold, I take 2 until the symptoms disappear. My children love the taste as well. Great buy!!!!!!!

I take chewables to keep myself in the habit of taking vitamins & supplements. I figure if I enjoy them, I'll be more apt to take them daily. Bought these to try & they just don't taste good. Sunkist Vitamin C are delicious & I look forward to taking those. These are gathering dust under my bathroom sink.
