I took these because I know how important it is for women to get enough calcium. They were simple to take, went down well with no tastes or residue and worked weill with my system. There were no side effects. But there was one unexpected effect - my nails grew like crazy! There were long and strong and I couldn't be more pleasantly surpised. I am assuming this was because my body absorbed these so well. I would recommend these to anyone but especially women. :)

I take one tablet with breakfast and one at supper. I needed a calicium supplement that was non-constipating and with the addition of magnesium, it does the trick.

It's hard to find this! Chelated Calcium with Magnesium at a high enough level to make a difference. The capsules are not as large as I thought they would be -- good product at a good price.
