I have been struggling with swallowing the large tablets from GNC- these are small capsules- much easier to swallow. Have to take more per day, but the price ends up about the same, and these are much better for me.

I have taken a couple of different Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements daily for a while to manage some joint pain. This one is in a caplet instead of being pressed into a tablet, so the taste is much better. The effects are just as good as any other supplement I have taken.

Wow. That's all I can say. As a 22-yr-old with chronic knee pain due to being a runner since the age of 14...this is a miracle. I hadn't been able to run for over 7 months, and after I started glucosamine-chondroiton...I was back to running in about 2 weeks. I feel nearly back to normal.

The capsules are easy to swallow. Two three times a day is too much to handle, especially for an older person with many medications, prescribed & encouraged by his doctors. Three times a day seems excessive, regardless.
