I started to use this product because my hair was breaking from having kids and from using a straightner. I did not know it caused severe stomach cramps and diarrhea for 2 days,it does not tell you on the package warning signs.I do not recommend this product.

So for my junior prom, I got LOTS of weave glued in to my already thin Caucasian hair. I'd never had it before, so I wasn't sure how to take the hair glue out. Long story short; I wound up ripping out copious amounts of my hair, forcing me to get it cut into a chin length bob to get any kind of volume out of it. I started taking these vitamins as a sort of last ditch effort to get my hair to grow out. I took them RELIGIOUSLY, for almost a month with no results, however I did keep taking them. That was this April, and now, in August I've grown my hair almost five inches. To me, this is nothing short of a miracle product. It does cause some of the bloaty/gassy feeling others have complained of, but I find that goes away with sufficient water intake. If you're looking for hair health/length, I would definitely recommend.

I got these along time ago and didnt notice anything different after I stopped taking them. Until recently (3 days ago to be exact) my hair has had some bad breakage and it was falling out, constantly I couldnt run my fingers through it without 5 or more coming out with me. I also had a lot of hair coming out in the shower. I was desperate and starting taking these until I could buy some GNC Hair ones. 3 days later my hair doesnt fall out as bad in the shower; nowhere near as much as it used to be. It isnt coming out in my fingers when I run through it. Will DEFFINITLY buy again!

I started to use these vitamins on April 1st, so Ive used it almost a month. Im black, and especially after I have relaxed my hair (2 days ago) I really saw the difference, my hair has really grown. Don't waste your money. I didn't listen to the warning from people who tried this product. It gave me the most annoying stomach ache, bloating, after taste that lasted all day. That was my first tablet and the rest went in the garbage.

I thought these pills would be a letdown but to my surprise they truly did help my hair grow. I still have an issue with thin hair but I'm told that's due to the amount of stress I was/and still am under. So I guess these are a winner. The only downside to me is that you have to take so many of them (3 a day). I think I'm going to try their biotin pill next since you only need one a day.

Back in November, 2006, I saw this product and decided to try it. Of course I bought the small bottle not knowing what to expect. At the time my hair had been falling off a lot, you could actually see my scalp in the light. We won't even mention how embarrassed I was when my beautician would wash my hair and mention how much my hair was thinning out every time she saw me. I wanted to cry every time I saw how much I was losing my hair and would soon be bald. Right after finishing the 1st bottle I noticed how many hairs were growing back all over my head. I then bought the 2nd bottle (which I just finished) and my hair looks so much fuller dry and wet. This may sound corny, but I prayed for a miracle and it was delivered. I tell everyone I know that is losing their hair about this product, and I also buy bottles and give them away to close friends and family. I want them to experience the same miracle I did too. Admittedly, I was not expecting much from these supplements, but figured it wouldn't hurt to try them out. I love them! I started taking them on Saturday night and by Tuesday my hair and skin were noticeably softer. I liked the pills when I first started taking them. They did not do much for my nails and I noticed a small difference in my hair. It was some what stronger and fuller, but the big differnece was in my pores which seemed larger, especially around my face. It also made the hair on my legs thicker which I did not like. Overall it is a pretty good product
