I started shedding my hair like crazy when I took a shower and combed it I also developed a rash on one of my arms and I had really bad athletes feet were my nails were really thick and yellow. I took regular vitamins and I didn't see any improvements I took nature's bounty supplements instead of three pills I took two and I saw a definite change when I was almost thru taking all the pills my hair didn't fall out as much and my rash cleared up also my athletes foot cleared up a bit my nails aren't thick and yellow anymore and it also made my nails stronger they don't break like before. I certainly recommend this product it worked wonders for me and it's worth a try.

I have been looking for this product locally for some time and could not find it. I was so happy to see it on drugstore.com. I have been taking it as instructed, 3 times a day, for 3 weeks so far. I can just begin to see the improvement in my hair. My nails will take longer. The last time took this product it took 6 ¿ 8 weeks to see an enormous improvement. This is a great product!

I did some reading into what the optimal combination of vitamins for people with hair problems is and looked at many formulas ... this is the one that met all of the criteria and is pretty inexpensive. My hairdresser noticed a difference in my hair after I started taking them -- but, be warned, you have to take them for 6 months or so before enough hair grows with the vitamins in your system that you will really be able to tell.

I have nails for the first time that grow and do not crack and break. I use only 1 tablet a day (not the 3 recommended) but if you are using it for hair growth that may be necessary. It has also helped the cracked skin I get around my nails in the winter. I highly endorse this product.

Well I just started to use this product. I have very thin hair and you can see my baldness, I take three pills a day and I drink plenty of water. I am looking forward to great results I will continue to buy this product ; however I did not buy from this site but I will after these run out. The vit. are much cheaper on this site so I will buy from here next time. I read all the comments and some were very interesting to me it was just what I needed to hear.
