i love this product. i saw a review on the vitamins on youtube, and started using them a few months ago. they are great. before i started taking the vitamins, my hair was a little damaged due to a mishap at the beauty salon and i wanted to get my hair back to itself. after about 2 wks, my hair was its old self again, manageable, strong, shiny, and just bouncier. i am so happy i found this product and i definitely recommend it to anyone who is in love with their hair and wants to keep it happy.

It is a vitamin which is easy to use but does not contain Biotin which is a primary ingredient in most hair vitamins ie. Nexxus Brand and Pharmacy brands.

I was skeptical about this product working at first, but my hair was thinning from stress and over processing, so I decided to try it anyway. For me this has been the most amazing supplement I have ever taken. Due to a drastic change in diet (and possibly hormones!) my hair was rapidly falling out and I was having regular acne breakouts on my face. After about 3 weeks of starting this product my acne was GONE, never to return and my hair is sprouting again with much less fallout. Love it!
