I've tried Melatonin in the past, but didn't get the benefits that I did with the Nature's Bounty. I've been travelling between the East and West coast over the past couple of weeks trying to shuffle a vacation that I'd planned with meetings at work, and taking this supplement really seemed to help me get some much needed, quality sleep! I think it may have contributed to some strange dreams that I've been having recently, but the sound sleep is definitely worth that!

Some nights I have trouble falling asleep so I thought Melatonin would be a good product for me. The first night I fell asleep after about 1/2 hour. The next night it took me longer to fall asleep. I liked the fact that this is natural and not habit forming. I wish it were in a safety-sealed container. I have children in the house and I prefer everything to come in hard-to-open packages.

The Melatonin was the perfect thing to help me get to sleep. It didn't make me too groggy in the morning and it wasn't too strong. It isn't something that I'd use every night. It helped me just get my sleep schedule back on track. I can still fall asleep the nights after I've used it.

I've wanted to try a natural sleeping aid and this Test Drive was perfect. I like the pills because they were small and easy to swallow. They seemed to help me sleep better at night. I seemed to sleep better and didn't feel drowsy at all. I woke up feeling fine -- I liked that part. I just wish they had more information on the bottle. I didn't even know what the product was for -- just the dose! Except for the little moon picture, I wouldn't have known what it was for without doing my own research. I would like it if the bottle had more information and a description of what it's for.

I have problems falling asleep, but in the week that I've been taking this, I've definitely not had a problem in doing so. I've been sleeping deeper, but when I get up, I have trouble shaking off sleep. I'm very groggy and it takes a good hour for me to wake up. I don't think I'll be using this product every night, but I do believe I'll use it when I'm staring at the clock.
