This product contains all the ingredients that I feel my body needs when I'm not feeling well. It has 417 percent of the daily value of vitamin C. It even contains vitamin E, which I know I don't get enough of. It also has zinc and copper, which I also feel are very important. Definitely a good immune booster!

Nature Made brand name already carries itself the quality of the product. I feel more revitalized using this brand name of antioxidant.

I liked that this product didn't have additives in it. I did have some discomfort from the vitamin C, as it's not buffered like I usually take for my interstitial cystitis. Overall, I feel this would be a good product for most people.

It's difficult to rate the immediate effects of antioxidants. Nature Made is certainly one of my favorites; I can depend on their quality. I like the convenience of having several antioxidants in one gel cap. It's so much easier to take one pill instead of taking two or three different pills.
