I'm very disappointed that Nature Made uses both partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oils in these and other "softgel" vitamins. Partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil is the main ingredient of Crisco!!! It's a cheap and potentially harmful filler I would expect of a no-name drugstore brand, not a brand that supposedly prides itself on quality.

I use this product as the only supplement I take, for anti-oxidant prevention to guard against free radicals. In non-doctor speak: I feel this product is a useful anti-aging preventative that everyone should take. It has none of the drawbacks that I have experienced with other vitamins, no bad odor, poor taste or aftertaste, and no problems swallowing. Perfect anti-aging supplement.
