This is the first time I have tried this brand. I am NOT over 50, but I have to find multi's without iron so I thought I would try these. I would say these are OK vitamins, but I won't purchase them again. They have an awful vitamin-ey taste and I burp them for a while after taking them in the morning. Ick!

I have a low tolerance for vitamins/minerals, so I have had good luck with multi vitamin/mineral supplements that are made for seniors (often the mg. amounts are lower and many of them have no iron). The one I have finally found that does not make me sick is: Nature Made Essential 50+. I was so thrilled to find it and it does not upset my stomach AT ALL.
