I did not like this toothpaste. It doesn't taste good, it doesn't leave your mouth feeling fresh, it doesn't leave your teeth feeling clean... I used it, and then threw it in the trash.

I am always looking for natural and organic alternatives to everyday products. This toothpaste was not up to par.

I tried Earthpaste after I tried this product and loved it much more. Unfortunately, it's a little harder to find to buy. Drugstore.com is constantly "sold out" of it. And it's a little more pricey.

Warns you NOT to swallow; why? because it has ingredients that can be toxic. Sodium fluoride has caused acute poisoning; and if you're not poisoned by swallowing too much product, it can cause pains in the leg, stress fractures, stomach irritation, can cause ulcers and dental fluorosis (pitting of the teeth). Would NEVER recommend this! I did not read the ingredients before buying because I believed the label- "The Natural Dentist". It will be used to clean silverware now.

If anyone is bothered by painful canker sores as I am this is the only toothpaste to use. No sodium laurate sulfate! I also use the Natural Dentist Mouth rinse especially if I feel a canker sore might be starting. The Natural Dentist products are great I have been using them for many,many years. Please continue making them and don't change the formula because it works!

I use this toothpaste every day. I am allergic to propylene glycol, which seems to be in just about every personal product, including toothpastes. It is not in this toothpaste, although it is in other "natural" toothpastes.

This helps to keep my teeth from yellowing out and does not have too many harsh chemicals.

This toothpaste tends to dissolve in your mouth faster than other brands, so, as a result, it seems to be less effective. The main flavor, peppermint, is fine, but there is a secondary flavor I didn't like which had sort of a vegetable or plant flavor. The large cap makes it more difficult to get the toothpaste on the toothbrush without making a mess and the plastic tube doesn't stay flat as the toothpaste is used up, so that makes it difficult to get that last 20% out of the tube.

It's hard to believe the claims of many toothpastes, but I believe this one comes closest to what it actually will do. It has a pleasant taste without overwhelming your tastebuds, it seems to help bring out a brighter smile, and has a smooth feeling overall - no grit. Seems a bit pricey, but is worth trying.

This toothpaste was recommended to me by my dental hygienist for my gums which would bleed when I flossed. It has a pleasant flavor (not too peppermint-y), it makes my mouth feel super clean and fresh, and has helped with my gums. Natural Dentist also makes a mouth rinse that is excellent.

I've tried most non-mainstream toothpastes out there, and this is probably my least favourite. My teeth didn't feel very clean afterwards, and I didn't feel that the mint was strong enough to give lasting breath freshening.
