Aside from being yummy and healthy, these bars are the perfect foil for cravings run amok. Hunger whilst shopping or doing chores is sated and another trip to the pretzel/muffin/ice cream (fill in your blank) stand is averted. Often a half will do, so they do stretch. Enjoy....I have carried them in my purse since I found them.

I love KIND snack bars so I stocked up on several boxes/flavors from drugstore.com for the competitive price. Unfortunately when they arrived, the perforated openings of 5 of the 6 boxes were already breached. This suggests to me that bars with various expiration dates could be inserted in the boxes. So the freshness stamp on the box is irrelevant. I tasted a snack bar from one of the breached boxes and it was stale! I also alerted customer service of this experience and I didn't hear back. So this is my review for all to consider when making their KIND snack purchases here.

I'm trying to lose some weight by watching how much I eat. I eat what I want but I have just reduced the amounts to stay around 1200 calories per day. in between meals when I start to feel those hunger pangs I grab one of these delicious bars. Sometimes I eat a whole one or just half. They are very tasty and satisfying. I've tried four different flavors and all are yummy.

Won't melt like chocolate covered energy bars so can keep them stashed everywhere - car, office, gym bag. Haven't found a flavor I did not like. Chewy yet crunchy.

I ordered not knowing what I waa getting into. Turns out to be a very good thing in taste and health. Most delightful, crunchy and it has that, you know it is good for you cause it tastes so good

The bar is awesome. Im always looking for something low cal and especially healthy. This bar is all that. The only con is that the calorie count that was stated online does not match the count on the box. Who am I to believe. The Fruit & Nut Delights said 120 calories online & when I checked the box when it arrived it said 180 calories. Thats significant when your on weight watchers. Otherwise it is the perfect bar. Ive tried several others, there all great!!! Will def purchase again.

These are amazing. I have tried so many bars such as Luna, South Beach, Zone, etc. Plus tons of granola bars. These are the only ones that I really like. They keep you very full and have a ton of different flavors. Some are sweet like the Mango-Macadamia others are just perfect.

I love all the Kind bars and use them almost daily as either a snack or meal replacement. Made from whole nuts and bits of fruit with just enough sweet stuff to hold it all together. Yummy.
