I would use this product as a meal replacement and as a snack. I like the taste and the fact, that it has a lot of nuts. I don't like the size. I would like for the fruit and nut bar, to be a little bit bigger.

Aside from being yummy and healthy, these bars are the perfect foil for cravings run amok. Hunger whilst shopping or doing chores is sated and another trip to the pretzel/muffin/ice cream (fill in your blank) stand is averted. Often a half will do, so they do stretch. Enjoy....I have carried them in my purse since I found them.

These are either good or amazing, depending. Sometimes the bars are crisp, those are the amazing ones. Sometimes they're on the chewy side, in which case they're just good--identical product. It must have something to do to with storage; Ive had them both ways and highly recommend them. Under the theory that your great grandmother should be able to recognize what you're eating as food, this qualifies (although the packaging would likely confuse her). The nuts are fresh and provide both protein and fiber, and it's nicely sweet due to the honey and the little bits of fruit. I seek these out, they're quite good.
