I like this "Kind" product because I have trouble with products that contain dried fruit. It's the sulfur used in drying. This bar is nuts only, mixed with honey. Great snack bar!

I love these bars! They taste great and are so filling. My only concern is the ingredient "lecithin". Does anyone know if this is soy lecithin? I've read so many negative things about it, i'm trying yo avoid it.

This is the only natural bar that is all natural, with high protien, low carbs, and tastes great. It is almost to good to be true. I always carry some with me when I am out and about. That way I never need to go to fast food resturants in desperate need of food. They are very good with yogurt too!

These are easy to carry around when I need a snack. I appreciate that they are lower carb than granola or protein or candy bars, especially the nut only (no fruit,) variety. They are crunchy, a bit sweet.....really good.
