I usually have one of these bars for breakfast. It's got enough protein to keep me satisfied until lunch and the texture is good. I like that it's almonds, rather than peanuts (not a big peanut or peanut butter fan). It's much easier to buy a couple boxes of these and to store them in the office than it is to pick up junk food for breakfast or to eat at home in the morning.

Yummy!!! Love all the balance SWEET & SALTY line as well as the TRAIL MIX line. Fabulous. I think I like these even better than the trail mix choc chip -- not quite as sweet. But I buy these by the boxfuls for myself and the kids to eat!
