It's inexpensive and easy to swallow. It's supposed to help with symptoms of atypical depression including carb cravings. I have been taking a few new things that have contributed to my feeling better and having more energy, and this is one of them. It's a subtle appetite suppressant I think. You notice about a week after you have been taking it that you are eating a little less.
