I really enjoy my Polar F6 Heart Rate Monitor. It is truly the only way to get an accurate measure of calories burned during a workout. The watch isn't too bulky for a female and the chest strap is comfortable enough that you don't realize it is on when working out. It has a lot of functionality but isn't hard to set up and use. It also has the ability to sync with the polar website to log your activity, but that part isn't easy. I have yet to get mine to sync. But overall, it is a great HRM and I now consider it a key tool for my workout regimen.

This was much easier to use than I thought it would be and I am not an exercise aficionado. The directions are pretty straightforward and user friendly. I was afraid the chest strap would be too big because it is marked as a M and I am 5'3, 110 lbs. However, it is just fine (it's adjustable and will fit a wide variety of sizes) and very comfortable. I sometimes forget I am wearing it. The only downside is that my computer does not have the proper equipment to link to the sync feature but that's okay. I've never had a heart rate monitor before so I don't have a comparison. However, I am pleased with this purchase and think it was worth the price. I don't know how I ever exercised without it before. I love the weekly diary feature.
