I was excited to find this product as it had most of the features that I wanted in a portable DVD player. The first player I received did not operate... at all. It wouldn't play any disc. The second player I received played the disc and sound - but wouldn't show the picture! I do give credit to drugstore.com for hassle free returns and prompt responses to inquiries. Maybe I just had double bad luck - I see others were happy with the product. But was I willing to go for three strikes? Nope... two faulty players were enough. Odds seemed too great that this was a manufacturer's product snafu.
